SINGLE-USER LICENSE
You are purchasing a Single-User License from Pack Network LLC to view content on the Northeast Conference video service at NortheastConference.TV. Any attempts to access NortheastConference.TV content using the same user license on multiple IP addresses or from multiple locations will be detected and violators will be subject to automatic account suspension or membership cancellation without refund.
TROUBLESHOOTING & REQUESTS FOR SERVICE/REFUNDS
Pack Network will assist and attempt to offer solutions for issues unique to subscribers' local computers or networks that may be preventing successful reception of the webcast feed; however, Pack Network will not issue refunds should these troubleshooting efforts not solve the problem. Individual subscribers are responsible for ensuring that their systems are prepared to view the content before purchasing as outlined in the System Requirements section above. Pack Network will refund subscription charges ONLY if there are network or other issues with the webcast transmission that prevent the event from being streamed/viewed. In addition, under no circumstances will a request for a refund be considered if Pack Network is not contacted via e-mail during the webcast to report the problem and initiate a troubleshooting sequence. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE
In no event shall Pack Network LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of, or relating to, use of, or inability to use, the Pack Network LLC Website, NortheastConference.TV or the Webcast service. In no event shall Pack Network LLC be liable for any failure, interruption or error with the respect to any aspect of the Pack Network LLC Website, NortheastConference.TV, including the Webcast service, or the availability of any service or any other feature. Due to a variety of factors, such as network outages or other technical issues, Pack Network LLC cannot guarantee the availability of its Webcast service.
